How to be Happy

Caveat: When I asked Nancy (Grandma) for permission to put this picture on my blog, she wanted me to make sure you all knew she was not in labor.

This picture was taken last week.  I think I am always the last to know when Nancy or John have a medical happening and feel badly when I realize that I live close by and didn't do anything to help.  But, after seeing this picture, my guilt stops in its tracks because look how happy she is!  Doesn't it almost make you want a hospital gown, I.V. and name bracelet too?  In addition to those things, it makes me want to express happiness more often.  Not just ponder happiness in my heart, but let it exude forth and culminate in a laugh, a smile, a light.
